1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the IntelliSpace platform and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Service Description

IntelliSpace provides continuous, automated legal insurance for buildings by leveraging Mapxus digital infrastructure to monitor statutory compliance, build court-grade evidence chains, and defend property portfolios against statutory liabilities, criminal negligence charges, and operational halts.

3. Registration & Account

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform
  • Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization

5. Payment Terms

Payment for Services is due as specified in your service agreement. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and bank transfer. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of prepaid services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelliSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. IntelliSpace provides compliance monitoring and legal defense preparation tools and does not constitute legal advice.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic, government actions, or infrastructure failures.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
